There are problems with low cost supply components and equipment in our industry and we will discuss this with a couple of examples. We will evaluate a cost comparison of how items are purchased for the refinery. Then we will go through some solutions that can change for the better the purchase of equipment. All of this with the idea of what effect is on safety.
