Have to wonder what is going on with FW folks in PR when the Contract Coker License/Technology on Campana New Coker lags by several months. In Sept, Axion announcement on arrival of New Coker parts! Although rumor has it the coker is the Sinclair Tulsa canceled drums that were sitting at Port Catoosa in Tulsa and would be great buy for Campana and good replacement for old outdated Esso cokers. The project is slated for completion in 2015.
The 90MBD Campana Refinery / 24MBD Coker became a JV between Axion and CNOOC via Bridas Group subsidiary when it was purchased from ExxonMobil in 2012 (~$800MM).
